S&P rates OneAmerica notes A-

S&P said it assigned an A- rating to OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc.’s planned senior unsecured notes due 2050.

The agency also affirmed the company’s A- issuer rating and the AA- rating on its operating subsidiaries.

The outlook is stable.
