Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 9 – Oncor Electric Delivery Co. LLC priced $800 million of 5.65% 10-year notes on Wednesday, according to information provided by a market source.
Oncor priced the notes at 115 basis points over Treasuries, tighter than initial talk in the Treasuries plus 145 bps area.
Barclays, PNC Capital Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
The electric company is based in Dallas.
