Acadia Realty Trust investor Yale University sells more than 300,000 shares of common stock

Charlotte, N.C., March 5 - Acadia Realty Trust investor Yale University sold 109,200 of the company's common shares on Feb. 28 priced from $26.90 to $27.18 per share and sold an additional 216,600 shares between May 3, 2006 and Feb. 27 priced from $22.50 to $28.00 per share.

Yale beneficially owns 2,044,938 shares, or 6.4%, of the White Plains, N.Y., real estate investment trust, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Acadia's stock (NYSE: AKR) closed at $26.36 on March 2.
