Gamco cuts equity holdings in Omnova Solutions to 12.52%

Charlotte, N.C., March 18 - Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 33,000 shares of Omnova Solutions Inc., reducing its ownership in the company to 12.52%.

The shares were sold between Feb. 20 and March 16 priced from $0.80 to $0.9215 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco beneficially owns 5,486,851 shares of the company's outstanding stock.

Omnova is a Fairlawn, Ohio, provider of emulsion polymers and specialty chemicals.
