Omnova Solutions investor Gamco sells 423,094 shares for 10.39% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 24 - Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 423,094 shares of Omnova Solutions Inc., reducing its ownership in the company to 10.39%.

The shares were sold between Sept. 28 and Nov. 23 priced from $5.03 to $7.93 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco beneficially owns 4,611,750 shares of the company's outstanding stock.

Omnova is a Fairlawn, Ohio, provider of emulsion polymers and specialty chemicals.
