Omnitech InfoSolutions OKs up to $35 million convertibles offering

Knoxville, Tenn., May 13 - Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue up to $35 million in foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on May 13.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Mumbai, India-based Omnitech provides technology services and technology-enabled services.
