Moody's: Omnicom unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that Omnicom Group Inc.'s announcement that it merged its wholly-owned subsidiary Omnicom Finance Inc. with and into Omnicom does not affect the company's Baa1 senior unsecured or Prime-2 commercial paper ratings or its stable outlook.
