Moody's: Omnicom unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said Omnicom Group, Inc.'s announced 20% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.30 per share does not affect the company's Baa1 senior unsecured rating or stable outlook.

But, the move is a credit negative drag on free cash flow in a cyclical industry, the agency said.
