By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Feb. 7 - Omnicom Group Inc. announced that it did not receive puts from any holders of its $847 million of Liquid Yield Option Notes due 2031.

On Feb. 5, the company said it will pay $9.00 per $1,000 principal amount of LYONs to holders who do not exercise the put option.

Holders qualified after not exercising the option as of the close of business on Feb. 4 or if they withdrew the exercise before the close of business on Feb. 6. Payment will be made on Friday.
