Omnicom may issue fixed-rate senior notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 19 – Omnicom Group Inc. intends to sell fixed-rate senior notes (Baa1/BBB+), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s $600 million of 4.45% senior notes due Aug. 15, 2020.

The global marketing and corporate communications company is based in New York.
