Omnicare shareholder ValueAct continues to sell shares, cuts stake to 3.2%

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 2 - Investors led by ValueAct Capital Master Fund, LP sold 2,413,563 shares of Omnicare, Inc., reducing their interest in the company to 3.2% from 4.8%.

According to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the shares were sold between Nov. 12 and Nov. 26 at prices from $22.11 to $24.18 each.

Between Nov. 4 and Nov. 11, ValueAct sold 3,332,987 shares, it was reported in a prior SEC filing.

ValueAct beneficially owns approximately 3.73 million shares of the Covington, Ky., geriatric pharmaceutical services company.
