India's Omega Ag-Seeds could sell up to Rs. 1.5 billion of debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 22 - Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its members will consider plans to issue up to Rs. 1.5 billion of non-convertible debentures via a postal ballot.

The company may also issue loans.

Based in Chandigarh, India, Omega Ag-Seeds produces seeds for farmers.
