India's Omaxe redeems Rs. 50 million in series K debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 7 - Omaxe Ltd. said it has redeemed 5 series K debentures, with face value of Rs 10 million each, for Rs 50 million.

The debentures had been issued to Canara Robeco Mutual Fund and the balance of 25 debentures will be redeemed on Feb. 25, 2009.

Omaxe is a real estate developer based in New Delhi, India.
