Omaha Public Power arranges $90.4 million electric system revenue deal

New York, Feb. 5 – The Omaha Public Power District of Nebraska is set to sell $90.4 million of series 2015C electric system revenue bonds, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the senior managers.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district’s series 2007A revenue bonds.
