Omaha Public Power calls portion of series 1993C bonds due 2014

Madison, Wis., July 2 - The Omaha Public Power District said it will redeem $7.875 million of its $68.92 million of series 1993C 5.5% bonds due 2014.

The bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 1 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
