Fitch affirms Olsztyn

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the Polish city of Olsztyn's national long-term rating at BBB+ (pol).

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects the city's satisfactory budgetary performance, low debt ratios and diversified tax base, Fitch said.

The rating also takes into account high financial needs, expected increase of direct and indirect debt and uncertain political situation, the agency added.
