Colombia's Oleoducto Central sets initial talk in 225 bps area for $500 million seven-year notes

Atlanta, April 29 - Colombia's Oleoducto Central SA (Ocensa) set initial talk in the Treasuries plus 225 bps area for its upcoming issue of $500 million seven-year notes (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB/), a market source said.

Citigroup and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The issuer is a Bogota-based owner and operator of crude oil pipelines and oil terminals.
