Old Westbury Large Cap Strategies Fund gets new management team

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Jan. 25 - The Old Westbury Large Cap Strategies Fund has made a change to its portfolio managers, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective Jan. 20, Michael Crawford, Harry Hagey and Jeffrey Rutledge have assumed responsibility for the overall portfolio management of the fund from Lois Roman, the previous portfolio manager.

Hagey and Rutledge, both principals of New York-based Bessemer Investment Management LLC, the fund's investment adviser, have managed the fund since Nov. 16. Crawford began managing the fund on Jan. 9.

Along with overall fund management, the team also is responsible for the day-to-day management of the portion of the fund's assets managed by Bessemer, including the formulation of investment strategies and the implementation and monitoring of those strategies.
