Rossmiller replaces retired Wooley for Old Westbury Fixed Income Fund

San Diego, Dec. 7 - Old Westbury Funds, Inc. announced that portfolio manager Harold S. Woolley has retired from Bessemer Investment Management LLC, affecting the management of the Old Westbury Fixed Income Fund and several other funds.

Effective Nov. 30, David W. Rossmiller has assumed responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Fixed Income Fund, including the formulation of investment strategies and implementation and monitoring of those strategies, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Rossmiller is a managing director and head of fixed income for New York-based Bessemer, the fund's investment adviser, as well as president and chief executive officer of Old Westbury Funds, Inc.
