Old Republic to price senior notes via Morgan Stanley, Raymond James

Knoxville, Tenn., June 8 – Old Republic International Corp. intends to price an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call followed by a par call.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Raymond James & Associates are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Chicago-based Old Republic is an insurance holding company.
