Moody’s views Old National negatively

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed its outlook for Old National Bancorp to negative from stable and affirmed its A3 rating.

“The negative outlook reflects Moody's view that, given the bank's high rating, the current challenging operating environment coupled with the bank's elevated level of unrealized security losses and its high commercial real estate loan concentration could weaken Old National's credit profile and pressure its ratings over the next 12-18 months,” the agency said in a statement.
