Fitch keeps Old Mutual on watch

Fitch Ratings said it maintained Old Mutual plc's long-term issuer default rating of BBB and senior note program of BBB- on rating watch negative.

The agency simultaneously affirmed Old Mutual's subordinated debt at BB, Old Mutual Insure Ltd.’s insurer financial strength rating at BB+/stable and Old Mutual Life Assurance Co. (South Africa) Ltd.’s national insurer financial strength rating at AAA(zaf).

The outlooks are stable.
