New Issue: South Africa’s Old Mutual sells ZAR 460 million 10.955% notes due 2030 at 98.5192

Chicago, Nov. 3 – Old Mutual plc said subsidiary Old Mutual Life Assurance Co. (South Africa) Ltd. issued ZAR 460 million of 10.955% unsecured subordinated callable notes due March 19, 2030.

The notes were issued at 98.5192, according to a term sheet.

Old Mutual is a London-based financial services company. Subsidiary Old Mutual Life Assurance Co. (South Africa) is based in Pinelands, South Africa.
