Pulaski County, Ark., to sell $110 million Arkansas Children's bonds

New York, April 24 - Pulaski County in Arkansas is expected to price $110.015 million in series 2009 hospital revenue bonds for the Arkansas Children's Hospital, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Stephens Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. as the senior managers.

The bonds are due 2010 to 2023 with term bonds due 2029, 2034 and 2039.

Proceeds will be used to improve the children's hospital, which is located in Little Rock, Ark.
