Old Mutual High Yield Fund to merge into First Eagle High Yield Fund

San Diego, Dec. 29 - Old Mutual High Yield Fund shareholders approved an agreement and plan of reorganization on Dec. 28, according to a 497 supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The agreement provides for the sale of assets and liabilities of the fund to the First Eagle High Yield Fund.

Effective at close of business on Dec. 30, shareholders of the Old Mutual High Yield Fund who own class I shares will receive class I shares of the First Eagle High Yield Fund. Following this, the High Yield Fund will be terminated and dissolved.

New York-based First Eagle Investment Management, LLC provides investment advisory services to the fund.
