Old Mutual Cash Reserves Fund to liquidate March 23

San Diego, March 9 - Shareholders of the Old Mutual Cash Reserves Fund approved on Friday a plan of liquidation and dissolution of the fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Liquidating distributions are expected to be made March 23.

Denver-based Old Mutual Capital, Inc. is the investment adviser to the fund.
