Former Hostess sees EBITDA increase to $658,000 for Jan. 11 to Feb. 7

New York, March 13 – Old HB, Inc., formerly Hostess Brands, Inc., reported $658,000 of EBITDA for the period of Jan. 11 to Feb. 7 on zero net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In comparison, the company reported negative $241,000 of EBITDA for Dec. 14 through Jan. 10, also on zero net revenue.

Old HB also saw $102,000 of operating income for the most recent period, an improvement from a previous operating loss of $375,000.

The company’s net loss for the February period was $1.11 million, increasing from $375,000 during the January period.

Cash holdings were at $14.85 million as of Feb. 7, compared to $14.4 million at Jan. 10.

Hostess Brands, an Irving, Texas-based operator of regional bakeries, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-22052.
