Former Hostess sees negative $3.2 million of EBITDA for June period

New York, Aug. 1 – Old HB, Inc. formerly Hostess Brands, Inc., posted negative $3.2 million of EBITDA for June 1 through June 28 on zero net revenue, according to its monthly operating report field Aug. 1 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Those numbers compare to negative $2.98 million in EBITDA for May 4 through May 31, also on zero net revenue.

Old HB also reported an operating loss of $3.56 million for June, increasing from a $2.91 million loss in May.

The net loss for the June period was $3.25 million, down from a previous net loss of $3.63 million.

The company had $29.03 million in cash as of June 28, almost unchanged from $29.04 million at May 31.

Hostess Brands, an Irving, Texas-based operator of regional bakeries, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-22052.
