Former Hostess sees negative $9.21 million EBITDA for March 10-April 6

Pittsburgh, May 10 - Old HB, Inc., formerly Hostess Brands, Inc., posted negative $9.21 million of EBITDA for the period of March 10 to April 6 on $439,000 in net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
In comparison, the company reported $24.18 million of EBITDA for the period of Feb. 10 to March 9 on $1.51 million in net revenue.
Hostess also reported a $10.22 million operating loss and $12.04 million net loss for the latest period.
For the previous period, operating income was $18.55 million and net income was $17.13 million.
The company had $34.69 million of cash on hand as of April 6, up from $23.84 million on March 9.
Hostess Brands, an Irving, Texas-based operator of regional bakeries, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-22052.
