Former Chrysler reports $67 million February net loss; revenues up

Pittsburgh, April 29 - Old Carco LLC, formerly Chrysler LLC, reported a $67 million net loss for February on $79 million in revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In comparison, the company posted $14 million of net income in January on $1 million in revenues.

The company had $138 million in cash and cash equivalents at Feb. 28, down from $144 million at the end of January.

Chrysler, an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based automotive company, filed for bankruptcy on April 30, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-50002.
