New Issue: Singapore’s Olam prices ¥5.7 billion 0.47% five-year notes at 98

Morgantown, W.Va., March 31 – Olam International Ltd. announced it will issue ¥5.7 billion of 0.47% five-year senior notes at an issue price of 98 on April 7.

HSBC is the manager for the Regulation S offering.

The fixed-rate notes will be issued under the company’s $5 billion euro medium-term note program established in July 2012.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Olam is a food processing company based in Singapore.
