New Issue: Singapore’s Olam prices $300 million 4 3/8% notes due 2023 at 99.37

Columbus, Ohio, March 1 – Olam International Ltd. priced $300 million of 4 3/8% fixed-rate senior unsecured notes due 2023 at 99.37, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be issued under the company’s $5 billion euro medium-term note program established in July 2012 and updated in November 2016.

Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including financing capital expenditures, repayment of existing debt and potential acquisitions.

Olam is a Singapore-based provider of supply chain management for agricultural products and food ingredients.
