New Issue: Singapore’s Olam prices $150 million add-on to 4˝% notes due 2021

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 7 – Olam International Ltd. priced $150 million principal amount of additional 4˝% senior notes due 2021 at 101.651, according to a company announcement.

The original $300 million of notes priced April 5. The total issue size is now $450 million.

BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Ltd. and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are the joint lead managers and bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of debt.

Olam is a Singapore-based provider of supply chain management for agricultural products and food ingredients.
