New Issue: Singapore’s Olam International places $50 million 4% notes due 2020

New York, Jan. 15 – Singapore’s Olam International Ltd. priced $50 million of senior notes due Jan. 22, 2020 with a fixed coupon of 4%, according to a news release.

The notes were privately placed under the company’s $5 billion euro medium-term note program established on July 6, 2012.

HSBC Ltd. acted as the bookrunner.

The release stated that the notes were issued to an institutional investor.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Singapore-based Olam International is a supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients.
