Atlanta, Aug. 6 - Singapore's Olam International Ltd. priced $250 million 7½% notes due 2020 at par to yield Treasuries plus 458.9 basis points, according to an informed market source.
HSBC and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Olam International is a supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients.
