Singapore's Olam International to bring bonds via HSBC, JP Morgan

New York, Aug. 3 - Olam International Ltd. said it plans to sell dollar-denominated bonds in an offering via joint bookrunners HSBC and JP Morgan.

The debt will be sold via Regulation S.

Olam said in a news release that it will launch the deal "in the near future, subject to market conditions."

Olam is a Singapore-based supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients.
