New Issue: Singapore’s Olam sells S$100 million more 4% notes due 2026

Los Angeles, Feb. 3 – Olam International Ltd. issued S$100 million of additional 4% senior notes due 2026 on Wednesday, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the original S$400 million of 4% notes due 2026 issued on Aug. 24 and the S$100 million add-on issued on Sept. 1.

The series 19 notes were issued under the company’s $5 billion euro medium-term note program.

Olam is a Singapore-based provider of supply chain management for agricultural products and food ingredients.
