Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to sell $159.19 million of revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 21 - The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority plans to offer $159.19 million of series 2011B Oklahoma Turnpike System second senior revenue bonds, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/AA-) will be sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. The co-managers are BOSC Inc., Edward D. Jones & Co. and Wells, Nelson & Associates Inc.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2031.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital costs associated with turnpike system improvements and projects.
