Moody's gives Aa3/VMIG 1 to Oklahoma Turnpike bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3/VMIG 1 rating to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's remarketed $530.8 million of refunding second senior revenue bonds, series 2006B-F.

Moody's also said it affirmed the Aa3 underlying rating on the authority's $1.1 billion of second senior revenue bonds and second senior refunding bonds.

The short-term rating reflects a standby bond purchase agreement from Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Fortis and BBVA.

Lloyds is rated Aaa/P-1; Fortis is rated Aa2/P-1; and BBVA is rated Aa1/P-1.

The outlook is stable.
