Tupelo, Miss., March 28 – Oklahoma Gas & Electric Co. sold $300 million of 4.15% 30-year senior notes on Tuesday at 99.932 to yield 4.154%, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (A1/A-/A+) priced with a spread of 115 basis points over Treasuries.
Bookrunners were Mizuho Securities USA Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The electric utility is based in Oklahoma City.
