Oklahoma Gas and Electric calls $140 million of 6.5% notes in full

Norfolk, Va., June 12 – OGE Energy Corp. subsidiary Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. called all $140 million of its 6.5% senior notes due 2034, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.25 plus accrued interest on Aug. 1.

UMB Bank, NA is the trustee.

The electric utility is based in Oklahoma City.
