Oklahoma Development calls $47.9 million of 2007A-3 Integris bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 6 – The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority called $47.9 million of its series 2007A-3 health system revenue and refunding bonds issued for the obligating group consisting of Integris Baptist Medical Center, Inc., Integris South Oklahoma City Hospital Corp. and Integris Rural Health, Inc., according to a notice.

The variable-rate bonds, which are due Aug. 15, 2033, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 16.

BOKF, NA, doing business as Bank of Oklahoma, is the trustee.
