Oklahoma calls $97.95 million of 2008A-1, A-2 Integris Health bonds

Minneapolis, April 15 - The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority called $97,945,000 of its series 2008A-1 and A-2 health system variable-rate demand revenue and refunding bonds issued for the Integris Baptist Medical Center, Inc., Integris South Oklahoma City Hospital Corp. and Integris Rural Health, Inc. Obligated Group, according to a notice.

The authority will redeem $48.99 million of its 2008A-1 bonds and $48,955,000 of its 2008A-2 bonds at par plus accrued interest on May 3.

BOKF, dba Bank of Oklahoma is the trustee.

Integris is an Oklahoma City-based group that offers diagnostic, therapeutic, hospital and rehabilitative services.
