Oklahoma Development Finance Authority calls some health system bonds

Kansas City, Kan., July 16 - Oklahoma Development Finance Authority will redeem series 2007A-3, 2008A-1, 2008A-2, 2011A and 2011B health system variable-rate demand revenue and refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds were issued for the obligated group consisting of Integris Baprist Medical Center, Inc., Integris South Oklahoma City Hospital Corp. and Integris Rural Health, Inc.

The bonds will be redeemed Aug. 15 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $1 million of 2007A-3 bonds due Aug. 15, 2033;

• $450,000 of 2008A-1 bonds due Aug. 15, 2035;

• $450,000 of 2008A-2 bonds due Aug. 15, 2035;

• $930,000 of 2011A bonds due Aug. 15, 2033; and

• $955,000 of 2011B bonds due Aug. 15, 2033.

Bank of Oklahoma is the trustee.
