New Issue: Oklahoma Development Finance prices $182.06 million St. John Health revenue bonds

New York, May 25 - The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority priced $182,055,000 of series 2012 revenue bonds for the St. John Health System, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A2/A/) were sold through Goldman Sachs & Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2032, 2034 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 97.332, and the 2034 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 106.975. The 2042 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.25% coupon priced at 96.396 and a 5% coupon priced at 105.095.
Proceeds will be used to acquire the St. John Broken Arrow facility in Broken Arrow, Okla., and to construct, acquire and renovate St. John facilities in Tulsa, Okla.
