Moody's assigns Aa3 to Integris Health bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 rating to Integris Health's $106.755 million of series 2008B and $120.175 million of series 2008C hospital revenue bonds to be issued by the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's also affirmed its Aa3 rating on $389 million of debt to remain outstanding.

Sale of the bonds is expected on July 16.

The bond proceeds will be used to current refund the series 1995D bonds and series 1999B bonds; fund the construction of a replacement facility for Grove Hospital; fund renovations at Integris Baptist and Integris Southwest Hospital; and pay the costs of issuance.
