New Issue: Oklahoma County Financing sells $72.62 million public schools bonds

New York, Feb. 15 - The Oklahoma County Financing Authority sold $72.62 million of series 2012 educational facilities lease revenue bonds for the Midwest City-Del City Public Schools, according to a term sheet.
The deal included $54.72 million of series 2012A bonds and $17.9 million of series 2012B bonds.
The 2012A bonds are due 2013 to 2019 with 2% to 4% coupons and the 2012B bonds are due 2016 to 2019 with 3% to 4% coupons.
D.A. Davidson & Co. was the senior manager for the bonds (/A+/).
Proceeds will be used to pay for the costs to construct, equip, repair and remodel school buildings and acquire and improve school sites.
