Oklahoma City Water calls all 2004, 2008 water and sewer system bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 20 - The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust called all of its series 2004 water and sewer system revenue bonds and 2008 water and sewer system revenue refunding bonds, according to two notices.

The following 2004 bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1:

• $1.91 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2015;

• $2.01 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $2.11 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2017;

• $2,215,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $2,325,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2019;

• $2.44 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2020;

• $2,565,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $2.69 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2022;

• $2,825,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2023;

• $2,965,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2024;

• $18,625,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2029; and

• $20.56 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2034.

The following 2008 bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1:

• $485,000 of 3.5% bonds due July 1, 2015;

• $ 510,000 of 4.5% bonds due July 1, 2015;

• $525,000 of 3.875% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $510,000 of 4.5% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $1.08 million of 4% bonds due July 1, 2017;

• $1,125,000 of 4.25% bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $6.53 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2023;

• $8,465,000 of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2028; and

• $25,915,000 of 5.625% bonds due July 1, 2038.
