Oklahoma Capitol Improvement preps $50 million revenue bond offering

New York, Jan. 12 – The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is set to price $50 million of series 2015A state facilities capitol repair project revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AA/AA) will be sold through BOSC Inc. as the senior manager and RBC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Nelson and Associates Inc. as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2025.

Proceeds will be used to repair and remodel the Oklahoma State Capitol Building.
