New Issue: Oklahoma A&M Colleges sells $144.72 million taxable BANs at 2.553%

New York, July 13 - The Board of Regents of the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges priced Thursday $144.72 million in series 2009 federally taxable bond anticipation notes, according to an official statement.

The 2.553% notes (/SP-1+/AA-) which are due Aug. 1, 2011, were priced at par.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. brought the notes to market.

Proceeds will be used to acquire student housing and related facilities.

The board's headquarters is located in Oklahoma City.
